Runner Up: "Swansea Printmaker" - The proposed design in Swansea Centre of accomodation for Printmakers by the conversion of an existing building, and redevelopment of central area site. Approximate cost £10m.

Shortlisted Entry to: “Merton Rise Development, Phase 2, Basingstoke” - Proposals for a new community area including housing, retail and community facilities.

Entry to: “Kielder Observatory” - The proposed design of a new building in the Kielder National Park to act as an observatory.
