EXPERIENCE

Chris joined the practice in November 2008 and brings a breadth of design and managerial experience. Since graduating in 1993, Chris has worked for both housing developers and private practices becoming a director at BCA Architects in 2006 specialising in residential design.

In his role with BCA, Chris was responsible for all aspects of planning and design from bespoke individual dwellings to high density housing, refurbishment, conversions and master planning for established clients such as Barratt Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Linden Homes, Try Homes, Persimmon Homes & Consero.

Housing:

• Bespoke dwellings - traditional and contemporary for private clients
• High Density Private and Affordable Housing for Housing Developers.

Commercial:

• Commercial Office Developments in Horsham & Farnham.
• Mixed use Housing & Retail Development - Harrow.

Community

• Elmbridge Borough Council Offices - Esher, Surrey.
• White Lodge Centre for the Disabled - Chertsey, Surrey.
• Health Centre as part of a large mixed use redevelopment - Godstone.

Master Planning

• Involved in the master planning of former Health Authority & Military establishments to sites for residential & commercial use.
• Large scale residential developments.

Interior Design

• Repair and Refurbishment of listed buildings for both commercial and residential use.
• New Swimming Pool & Spa for private client.
